Career Transitions provides services to co- serve clients with community partners. We collaborate with and work to ensure seamless “warm handoffs” to WIOA core partners and members of the One Stop system. Career Transitions has the client advocates for Montana Pathways, supporting TANF (Temporary Assistance for Needy Families) clients as these parents also strive for self-sufficiency. The Yellowstone Area System (YAS) Community Management Team (CMT) provides cross training to area service providers to ensure their staffs are fully knowledgeable about the system’s services and can pass that information along to their customers. The WIOA Core Team (WIOA Adult, Vocational Rehabilitation, Adult Education, WIOA Youth and WIOA Dislocated Worker Programs) in Belgrade and Bozeman hold regular meetings for core partners to expose opportunities for co-enrollment, drive collaborations, and increase the success of seamless handoffs for our clients. The local interagency team gathers several times per year to share updates about support services for our nearby communities. Career Transitions offers office space to community service providers. Career Transitions is co-located with Belgrade Alternative School and Independent Electrical Contractors (IEC) for their apprenticeship training. The facility also has ample room for additional community training needs as they arise. Listed below are some of the partnership organizations to whom we often refer clients.
