Career Transitions, Inc. is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that has been assisting clients and families with barriers to employment and economic security since 1981. 

Our mission is to assist and strengthen communities, families, and individuals in becoming self-sufficient through workforce and community development, education, training, and employment.

Our Impact

At Career Transitions, we envision a community where individuals and families can overcome barriers to self-sufficiency through personalized support, connection to community resources, and opportunities for education and training. We empower individuals and families to reach their full potential. Career Transitions has served thousands of customers, clients, vendors, and community members for over 40 years in Gallatin, Park, and Madison Counties in Montana, primarily Bozeman and Belgrade.
